Do you want a chance to vote on issues, coaches, etc. then here is your chance.
This year the board voted on a new rule to give each club member an opportunity to earn 1 full individual vote. A member must earn a total of 10 credits in order to receive one individual vote.
Credits are earned by attending general membership meetings and volunteer hours.
Meetings
1 meeting = 1 credit
The meetings attended must be from May to May for a complete year and the maximum allowed credits based on meetings attended is 5.
Volunteer Hours
1 (2hr) Volunteer time = 1 credit
You must volunteer for 2 hours 5 times in order to earn 5 credits.
The volunteer hours can be done by selling apparel at home games, helping with equipment handout and/or return, helping with homecoming, or any other board approved function. Coaching is not included as part of volunteer hours.
There is a meeting log book in which you will sign if attending a meeting, the volunteer hours are logged very similar however you must be sure to email a board member with your volunteer information in which they will verify.
